stayed at holiday inn express and it was hardly express when the fire alarm went off until 6:30 am. i also expected top-notch scrambled eggs but received only boiled ones. after all this, they thought a room upgrade woudl ve been too much to ask. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.
